the classic room had a nice layout i noticed the desk was large and useful for working the bathroom included both a bathtub and a separate shower stall. the hotel offered free wifi throughout the hotel it worked without issues. i appreciated the complimentary toiletries provided daily

The location was perfect! the hotel staff were very polite and attentive. They brought my son some tea and macaroons, on the house. the sauna was my favorite part of the hotel though the fitness center was also a plus. we had a suite and it had a great view of the garden!
the ventilation system did not work properly. i was cold the first 24 hours! and when we sat it couldn't be fixed it took very long to change rooms.

the staff ensured i felt warmly welcomed throughout my visit. the entire staff provided comfortable service! also, the check-in was smooth and efficient, made the arrival seamless. the staff brought tea and macaroons for my son.
